    Conditions of stay

    Advance payment

    The condition of booking the date is to pay a deposit – 20% of the value of the planned stay. The deposit must be paid within 2 days of confirmation of the reservation – otherwise the landlord reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

     

    Cancellation

    In the event of cancellation of the stay:

    • more than 30 days before the start of the stay – the entire deposit is refunded,
    • 29 days – 14 days before the start of the stay – half of the deposit is refunded,
    • less than 14 days before the start of the stay – the deposit is not refunded.

     

    Check-in and check-out

    The stay begins at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

     

    Animals

    Small pets are allowed, but information about them must be reported when making the reservation. Large animals are allowed only after receiving individual consent.
